Built stock except that shock cord is 1/2" braided elastic with a replaceable Kevlar leader secured to the motor mount, and an Estes 24mm retainer was used instead of a hook. Because I have plenty of yellow in my fleet already I painted this one orange and black (Rustoleum 2X).

Next I flew was the Mega Mosquito on an E9-6. The Mega Mo was overdue for some air time — seems I last flew it more than two years ago, which seems nuts, but that’s what my records say — and it’s orange and black, so this was the time to do it. Good clean flight, though the delay was too long. I hadn’t noticed that previously with the E9-6. but maybe E9-4 is a better choice. No photos.
