Flight Log - 2019-08-02 - Matthew Bond's Estes Orbital Interceptor
A recreation of a classic Estes kit produced from 1981-1983. Kit was built as my "backup" entry into the classic model category from NARAM 60. The parts were purchased from eRockets, including the laser cut balsa fins, body tube, nose cone and reproduced decals.

Rocket went unstable after clearing the rod, did several low loopy-flips and ended up pointed down, striking the tarmac shortly after motor burnout. Significant damage.
