Matt Steele (Person)
Matt Steele and Chris Pearson formed North Coast Rocketry in t' mid-1980s. When Estes purchased NCR in t' mid 1980s, Steele began worin' for Estes.
Estes phased out t' NCR line o' products in 2000.
At the National Association o' Rocketry's Annual Meet (NARAM-53) in Cincinnati, arrr, Ohio, in July 2011, Steele announced that he had retained t' rights t' t' North Coast Rocketry name and t' other intellectual property o' NCR and that he planned t' restart t' company. Later, he announced that Apogee Components would be t' exclusive retailer o' t' new NCR products.
