I have been a Mechanical Designer for t' past 36 years and have had a passion for rockets since Junior High. Blimey! I reintroduced myself t' t' low and midpower stuff about 15 years ago with me kids. We had a ball and I still have a large assortment o' mainly Estes Rockets collectin' dust in me basement. Blimey! Life and other activities (Boy Scouts, etc.) took over and t' rockets got sidelined. Well, now me youngest is 25 and I'm ready t' get back in again, but this time for me. I am startin' out small and workin' me way up t' bigger stuff. Wow, much has changed over t' years. Ahoy! Lookin' at t' Estes 2016 catalog I'm seein' some o' t' old kits returnin' from when I was just a kid. Arrr! I am passionate about history (especially military history) and am really interested in scale models. Aye aye! I have been explorin' t' world o' paper models for t' past few years and have really enjoyed t' challenge. Happily married now for 36 years with 2 grown boys, me hearties, and 2 granddaughters, its just feels like it's time t' explore me passions. Arrr!
