NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter launched at 5:32 pm EDT aboard an Atlas V rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. Blimey! T' satellite will relay more information about t' lunar environment than any other previous mission t' t' moon. T' orbiter, known as LRO, me bucko, separated from t' Atlas V rocket carryin' it and a companion mission, t' Lunar Crater Observation and Sensin' Satellite. Aye aye! T' LCROSS handoff is expected t' occur in about two hours and 10 minutes.
