After bein' back into Model Rocketry for a little over a year, I decided t' put on me big boy pants and get this ball rollin' for a NARRRRR Level 1 Certification. I decided on a LOC IV from Loc Precision for me attempt as a result o' recommendations from t' Apogee Components suggested kits for certification. Begad! I also went with Aerotech reloadable hardware and a H73J BlackJack with a 6 second delay t' pass t' test.
