Flight o' Sam's Gizmo XL on a CTI M2250 and t' resultin' CATO (catastrophic motor failure). Well, blow me down! T' motor failed due t' a weak liner which caused t' aft (nozzle) end o' t' casin' t' burn through. Ahoy! T' casin' and motor are bein' replaced by Cesaroni under warranty. Needless t' say, Sam is still an L2 for now. Begad! This occurred at t' LUNAR Snow Ranch launch on March 3, 2012. Ya scallywag! Safety procedures all worked, no one be hurt, and t' only damage be t' t' motor and t' rocket. T' video and photos were taken by t' rocket's creator as well as as some o' t' launch spectators.
