Flight o' Sam's Gizmo XL on a CTI M2250 and t' resultin' CATO (catastrophic motor failure). T' motor failed due t' a weak liner which caused t' aft (nozzle) end o' t' casin' t' burn through. Avast, me proud beauty! T' casin' and motor are bein' replaced by Cesaroni under warranty. Needless t' say, Sam is still an L2 for now. Well, blow me down! This occurred at t' LUNAR Snow Ranch launch on March 3, 2012. Aye aye! Safety procedures all worked, no one be hurt, and t' only damage be t' t' motor and t' rocket. Aye aye!
