Flight o' Sam's Gizmo XL on a CTI M2250 and t' resultin' CATO (catastrophic motor failure). T' motor failed due t' a weak liner which caused t' aft (nozzle) end o' t' casin' t' burn through. Aye aye! T' casin' and motor are bein' replaced by Cesaroni under warranty. Needless t' say, me hearties, Sam is still an L2 for now. Blimey! This occurred at t' LUNAR Snow Ranch launch on March 3, shiver me timbers, 2012. Aye aye! Safety procedures all worked, no one was hurt, arrr, and t' only damage be t' t' motor and t' rocket. Avast!
