Flight o' Sam's Gizmo XL on a CTI M2250 and t' resultin' CATO (catastrophic motor failure). Begad! T' motor failed due t' a weak liner which caused t' aft (nozzle) end o' t' casin' t' burn through. Well, blow me down! T' casin' and motor are bein' replaced by Cesaroni under warranty. Needless t' say, Sam is still an L2 for now. Aye aye! This occurred at t' LUNAR Snow Ranch launch on March 3, 2012. Well, blow me down! Safety procedures all worked, no one was hurt, and t' only damage was t' t' motor and t' rocket. Ya scallywag!
