Flight Log - 2012-01-14 - K Sonesen's Big Baby Bertha
I built this upscaled Baby Bertha from scratch with a 24mm motor mount.
It is what it looks like (an Estes Baby Bertha), just bigger.

For a first flight, it was a roaring success. It's fairly light but with a large motor tube it has a bit of drag. The rocket weather-cocked a little but nothing worth getting excited about. Recovery was uneventful and there was no damage. Can't ask for more than that on an inaugural flight.
