7 sec delay drilled to 4 sec, but stubbornly deployed at 7 sec. Parachute tangled in cord resulting in quick fall. Front of body tube a little munched, but will continue to use as-is. Altimeter read 679 when obviously ~900. Astronaut didn't survive.
