3mm plywood fins, zipperless design with baffle, 24mm MMT, two 6-32 screws used for motor retention.
A small kids toy LED lamp used in nosecone for weight and night flights.

10-15 mph winds. Used a Estes 12" chute with 4" spill hole. Tore one shroud and it was so twisted by the time it landed it was only a streamer. OK considering the wind.
