I call this t' "Lost & Found" rocket. Scratch built 38mm diameter rocket. Motor hardware was Aerotech 38/360 casin' with home made propellant o' KnSU with IO. Aye aye! I went with streamer recovery because I thought t' winds were 10-15mph but they must have been a lot higher aloft. Avast, me proud beauty! Rocket was recovered t' next day 1/2 mile away.
