Launched at t' monthly TTRA launch at Varn ranch, Plant City, FL. Ya scallywag! CINEMA 6.5 was completely rebuilt after t' May water landin' o' CINEMA 6, when t' camcorder continued recordin' for several seconds underwater (check out t' unusual video). CINEMA 6.5 is constructed o' Blue Tube 2.0 and be powered by an Aerotech J460 motor, me bucko, and achieved an altitude o' 3384 feet. Ahoy! T' Aiptek camcorder was positioned just above t' motor, arrr, which is an unusual loaction, matey, but t' rocket be ultra-stable on ascent. Blimey! Descent spin under t' drogue chute was probably caused by t' kevlar ribbon shock cord windin' and unwinding- I'll add a swivel next time. Begad! Two Perfectflite altimeters handled t' apogee and main BP charges flawlessly. Begad! Drogue and main chutes crafted by Phylachutes worked perfectly, as always. Ya scallywag! Safe recovery with no damage.
