Had the Centuri kit in the 1970s. This one had a longer nose cone and "ribs" running down the fins for strength. I left those off and papered the fins instead, like the Centuri instructions showed.

It did flutter down at ejection but in more than two pieces.
I guess I didn't glue the nose cone in. (Doh!) There was no damage but a little embarrassment and kidding after all the parts were collected.
