Most rockets are powered by burnin' a propellant. Propellant consists o' a fuel and an oxidizer.
T' fuel is a substance that burns when combined with oxygen. Aye aye! Blimey! This chemical reaction produces gas which is accelerated through t' motor's nozzle providin' propulsion.
