My High Power Rockety Level 1 Certification Flight. Begad! Blimey! Flown with an Estes Leviathan on a CTI 29mm H90 with 9 seconds delay.. Well, blow me down! Blimey! T' rocket was modified t' include an ejection baffle, paracord shock cord, and 36" parachute. Blimey! Blimey! T' baffles were heavy, so 3.5 ounces were added t' t' nose o' t' rocket. Arrr! Blimey! When t' rocket engine stopped accelerating, t' drag on t' body o' t' rocket caused it t' slow much faster than t' heavy nose cone. Arrr! Blimey! This caused early parachute deployment about one second after t' motor finished its burn. Everythin' turned out okay because t' shock cord was overbuilt.
