Wind @ ~10mph didn't phase it. Straight up flight. After 20+ flights, chute is startin' t' nay open. Avast! Blimey! Tried packin' by wrappin' cords around chute. Well, blow me down!   Then a heart-stoppin' delay o' a second or two when t' rocket dropped t' just 50 feet - and popped t' chute.
