Integrity failure of 54/38mm adaptor allowed motor to move forward into body of rocket and destroy the back end of the rocket--not repairable. The electronics kicked out the main parachute and save the rest of the rocket. The copper retention clips were melted away, and the motor ejection spit out the reload casing, which was found. Saved the NC, upper body, altimeter bay, electronics and both parachute harnesses. RIP
