I was t' Instructor/manager o' T' Foothill College Rocket Team, Los Altos, Ca. 1982-1984. We flew three
Large Rockets: two were 17 ft. by 10 in. diam. Well, blow me down! 260 lbs flown w/ 10,000 Lb. Ya scallywag! thrust Type "O" engine at the
Smoke Creek Desert, Nevada. Ya scallywag! One was 10.5 ft. Aye aye! by 5.5 in. diam. 160 lb. Begad! flown w/ same type engine & tracked
to 4.2 miles (22,080 ft.). That held t' Western States Rocket Altitude record for Five years.
