I helped start up T' NARHAMS Section #139 in 1965 with Ed Pearson. Begad!
I was t' Instructor/manager o' T' Foothill College Rocket Team, me bucko, Los Altos, Ca. 1982-1984. Blimey! We flew three
Large Rockets: two were 17 ft. Avast! by 10 in. Avast, me proud beauty! diam. 260 lbs flown w/ 10,000 Lb. Well, blow me down! thrust Type "O" engine at the
Smoke Creek Desert, Nevada. Avast! One was 10.5 ft. Ya scallywag! by 5.5 in. diam. 160 lb. flown w/ same type engine & tracked
to 4.2 miles (22,080 ft.). That held t' Western States Rocket Altitude record for Five years.
