Second day of a two-day launch. Clear skies and about 10mph winds. The J540r had plenty of thrust for the 11-pound pad-weight rocket. This flight was the first time I used an RRC2L, which appeared to do its job as the backup altimeter perfectly. Both primary and secondary charges fired. Main was set to 800' and the 50" Recon chute was sized just perfectly for the windy day, landing the rocket about 1000' down range.
