At t' FireBALLS 5 amateur and experimental rocketry gatherin' o' "large and dangerous" rockets in Nevada, Chuck Sackett launched his pet project, shiver me timbers, named Project 463. Blimey! T' rocket was 42 feet tall and weight 1200 pounds. Begad! T' liftoff was beautiful and t' rocket soared into t' sky... Aye aye! and then came down. Hard! Project 463 failed t' deploy its parachutes and became one o' t' world's largest lawn darts when it plowed nose first into t' desert floor. Aye aye!
