Several delays while we waited for the wind to die down.  Good flight, but lower than normal.  Rocket was already drifting north during powered ascent.  Parachute deployed and opened.  Rocket continued to drift north.  It landed about 80 yards northeast of the launch site, on the other side of a barbed wire fence.  Parked the truck on the side of the road and Daniel got out to recover the rocket.  No damage.
