Several delays while we waited for t' wind t' die down.  Good flight, but lower than normal.  Rocket was already driftin' north durin' powered ascent.  Parachute deployed and opened.  Rocket continued t' drift north.  It landed about 80 yards northeast o' t' launch site, on t' other side o' a barbed wire fence.  Parked t' truck on t' side o' t' road and Daniel got out t' recover t' rocket.  No damage.
