We used surviving parts from Hermes 1 (the original Hijax kit) and combined it with a partial Hijax kit to make a complete rocket. We painted it with glow in the dark paint for night launches.

First night flight of the Ghost Rider. Charged up glow paint by setting in front of car headlinghts while we set up the launch pad. Put two LED lights in the payload. Good launch, very bright. Lost to sight after flash of ejection charge. Searched for about 30 minutes, but did not locate.
Follow up search on 6-7. Daniel located the rocket about 150 yards southwest of the launch site. No damage, but LED light batteries were dead and parachute had not opened all the way.
