Another victim o' t' E9 bonus delay. This E9-6 was more like an E9-9. By t' time t' ejection charge fired, t' rocket was headin' down at a rapid rate, ya bilge rat, well past apogee. Chute fouled in aft fins and rocket recovered flat. One fin assembly broke off.
