This mini-movie includes highlights o' onboard video from a NYPower 12 launch o' me Aerotech Initiator. T' flight was short and eventful, matey, with more than usual spin, and a bonus delay leadin' down t' a low altitude, matey, high velocity chute deployment. Avast! It's t' only video I've done that lingers so long on t' view o' t' clouds in t' sky. T' video equipment is a BoosterVision GearCam mounted as a pair o' strapon pods. Avast! T' camera is in one pod mounted near t' top o' t' airframe. T' battery is in another, arrr, mounted on t' opposite side o' t' airframe. Begad! T' motor is an AeroTech G33 reload. T' receivin' groundstation be t' GearCam receiver with a home built patch antenna. Arrr! An AIPTEK MPVR digital camcorder was used t' record t' flight data and accompanyin' ground footage. T' initial flight arc, and moderate spin, are believed t' have been due t' some rod bindin' against t' camera mount ties, me bucko, combined with asymmetrical drag o' t' camera cable.
