Instead o' attachin' t' end o' your shock cord t' t' nose cone, ya bilge rat, try attachin' t' parachute t' t' end o' t' shock cord then attachin' t' nose cone about 1/3 o' t' way down. This way you won't have t' nose cone spinnin' around at t' end o' t' shock cord.  This should reduce twistin' and tanglin' o' t' recovery harness.
