A flight t' 2000ft AGL o' an Armadillo Aerospace "Mod" VTVL rocket, with a shiny new actuated roll vane, arrr, 2010/06/22. Ya scallywag! Rather than usin' cold gas thrusters t' move t' vehicle around t' vertical axis (roll), an aerodynamic surface is actuated t' provide roll. Well, blow me down! In t' split screen, it's t' aluminum plate on t' right; t' camera is pointed straight up. T' view on t' left is lookin' straight down, shiver me timbers, t' show t' roll orientation over time.
