June 13, 2011 test flight o' E-engine-powered home-made rocket with onboard camera and furry pilot. Well, blow me down! Blimey! Upon separation at around 800 feet altitude, ya bilge rat, t' fuselage broke free from its tether and free-fell onto t' street, leavin' t' command module t' drift out o' sight. After almost an hour o' searchin' around t' neighborhood, t' module and pilot were eventually found intact on t' roof o' t' school. T' malfunction may have had somethin' t' do with an old shoe lace bein' used t' connect t' fuselage t' t' command module/nose-cone.
