This is a clip o' an AeroTech G-Force rocket flyin' on t' new AeroTech G-75 Metalstorm motor. This was a demonstration flight by Aerotech's East Coast Representitive Dan Michael. T' rocket weighed exactly 3 pounds at t' pad and recovery was by motor ejection. Avast, me proud beauty! Considerin' t' wind... Ahoy! recovery wasn't too bad but like many landings at METRA t' rocket did get a little wet from an irrigation ditch. Ahoy! AeroTech will be releasin' more 'sparky' style motors called METALSTORM as testin' and certification continues. This is a long awaited addition t' t' already wide and varied AeroTech line o' motors. After Red Glare 8 in Maryland (4/16 - 4/18/2010) I should have more video o' new METALSTORM motor demonstrations.
