Some weathercocking, probably due to relatively low speed off-the-rail. Straight flight. Both drogue charges fired on schedule and shear pins sheared; drogue deployed perfectly. Both main charges fired on schedule; shear pins did not shear, but got stuck between body tube and nosecone; nosecone did not separate; pressure pulled plastic rivets through body tube, which separated from the av-bay; main parachute did not deploy. Upper body tube damaged; replace. Beeper did not activate because battery pulled loose by launch acceleration; add battery retention.
